Conservation Plans can assist where complex conservation decisions need to be made, or where a building is likely to be subject to change, providing a detailed understanding of the historic asset, why it is important, and to whom. This provides an objective framework to guide and inform conservation decisions over the longer term. We adopt a specialist multi-disciplinary approach, using a combination of on-site investigation and analysis, and desk-based research. Conservation plans are produced by fully accredited and experienced conservation staff.
We can also produce Impact Assessments in relation to specific proposed works, and Maintenance Plans for completed works.
